Help

Tap + at the bottom of Home, type a name such as "Replace water filter", and tap Save. Whenever you do it, tap the round + on its row. The row then shows a tick for 10 minutes; tapping again asks before adding a second entry. Tapped by mistake? Tap Undo within eight seconds.

Forgot to log it? Open the item and tap Earlier. Pick Yesterday, 2 days ago, One week ago and more, or choose any day from the calendar, and add a note if you like.

Open an item to see how long ago it was and every time you did it. Tap an entry to change its date or note, add a photo, file or place, share it, or delete it. Swipe right on an entry to edit it, left to delete it.

Pin up to 5 items to keep them at the top: swipe right on a row, or press and hold it. Pinned items and the rest each have their own Sort menu. New items you have not logged yet appear first. Search finds items by name. The line under today's date shows this week's logs; change it in Settings.

Turn on Location in Settings, Features. An item can have its own place (the dentist, the car wash) and each entry can have where it happened. Add current location, or Choose on map to search or drop a pin without sharing your location.

Turn on Photos and files in Settings, Features, then add a photo, a file or a picture from the camera to an item or an entry, such as a receipt or the model number. They stay on this iPhone and are not synced.

Turn on Contacts in Settings, Features, then link a contact to an item. Call and log or Message and log records it and opens Phone or Messages. After a call, the app asks whether you reached them; iPhone does not let apps see call history or message status.

From Photos, WhatsApp or any app, tap Share and choose lasttime.today: log to an item, or make a new item and log it now. To send something out, open an item and tap Share for a picture card or text, or open an entry and tap Share this entry.

In Settings, Privacy and sync: Private items hides chosen items behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Lock the app asks for them every time you open the app; widgets then show only Locked.

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings, Privacy and sync, on each device signed in to the same iCloud account. Records stay the same on all of them; photos and files stay on the device where you added them. Erase all records on one device turns sync off and leaves the others alone.

Press and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose lasttime.today. Widgets show your pinned and recent items in three sizes; tap one to open it.

Archive an item you no longer do to keep its history out of the way; find it under the ••• button, Archive. Deleted items wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days, where you can restore them.

Under the ••• button, Your data: Export makes a zip with all your records, photos, files and places. Erase all records removes everything from this iPhone after Face ID or your passcode; it cannot be undone.
